Alkire Research Award
This fund was given by Edward M. Alkire to help an outstanding junior or senior student majoring in psychology to conduct research in psychology or the mental health field.

Bass Scholarship
This fund is for students interested in Industrial Organizational Psychology and will require the recipient to work in a research lab through the Fisher College of Business for a minimum of 10 hours a week in both fall and spring semesters.

Fredrick Y. Billingslea Research Award
This fund was given by Dr. Fredrick Y. Billingslea to help an outstanding junior or senior majoring in psychology conduct research in clinical psychology or in a clinically related area.

Guzzo Endowed Scholarship
The fund was established in 2020 with gifts from Richard A. Guzzo and matching gifts from Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc. to provide support to undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences who are majoring in psychology and a second major. Candidates must demonstrate academic excellence and financial need.

Mike and Linda Kaufmann Scholarship
This fund was established with gifts from Cardinal Health Foundation and matching funds as part of the Scarlet and Gray Advantage Endowed Matching Gift Program. It provides scholarships to undergraduate students majoring in psychology who have demonstrated interest in careers in the mental health field.

Piyu C. Ko Memorial Scholarship
This fund commemorates the wife of Dr. H.C. Ko. The award is given on the basis of scholastic achievement, intention for a career in clinical psychology, and demonstrated preparation toward this goal.

Wu-Huang Scholarship
This fund provides one or more scholarships to undergraduate students who are majoring in psychology and are conducting undergraduate research in adolescent mental health and resiliency.

Arts and Sciences Undergraduate Research Scholarships
The ASC Undergraduate Research Scholarships, which range from $500 to approximately $12,000 in the spring semester competition, will be distributed over the academic year (over summer, autumn, and spring semesters). The funds automatically go toward the payment of university tuition and fees. To be eligible, you must be enrolled in a major program in the College of Arts and Sciences. You must also have attained junior standing and meet one of the following criteria: be a potential candidate for graduation with research distinction or with honors research distinction or present other evidence of work on a significant research project. Applicants are required to have an Ohio State University faculty advisor with whom they work to devise and refine a proposal, and who will be responsible for overseeing the project once it is underway.
International Research Grants through ASC Honors
Travel scholarships are available for junior level and above students conducting research outside of the USA. Students must be planning on graduating with either research or honors research distinction to apply.

Student Life Leadership Awards
The Student Life Leadership Awards is an annual awards ceremony that celebrates members of the Ohio State community who demonstrate exceptional skills in leadership, advocacy, community engagement, and more. Over the past 64 years, The Ohio State University has recognized hundreds of students, advisors and organizations who demonstrate leadership skills, collaboration, and a commitment to the Ohio State community. The Ohio State Leadership Awards are sponsored by the Office of Student Life.
Rising Star Awards
The Rising Star Awards shall be used to support educational diversity at the university by providing up to ten undergraduate awards to first year students with majors in ASC. Criteria considered: Outstanding participation in the Program for Advancing Scholarship & Service (PASS), active involvement in other campus organizations, demonstration of initiative evidenced by internships, leadership in campus organizations, steps towards research and global education, and any additional input from peer leaders about any student who has demonstrated superior leadership skills, and active participation in community service.
