Class of 2019: Stephanie Nnadi
Stephanie, from Columbus, OH, is a double major with political science and part of ASC Honors. She chose the honors program to challenge herself academically, and it proved one of her best decisions as it improved her reading, writing, and analytical skills making her a more competitive applicant for jobs and internships.
Over the past three years as a Buckeye, Stephanie enjoyed many transformational experiences such as studying abroad in Rome, Venice, and London and interning with Congresswoman Joyce Beatty in Washington, DC last summer. Of the latter experience, she states; “it was an eye-opening opportunity to see the inside workings of Congress and be a part of history during this controversial time in American politics.”
Her advice to other psychology students to make the most of their time at Ohio State? “Take advantage of everything the psychology department has to offer” including research, travel, and free Buckeye Donuts!
After graduation, Stephanie hopes to work in public policy and attend law school with the ultimate goal of working towards criminal justice reform.
