Our research group explores how a deep understanding of human behavior in the workplace can help build more productive, healthy, and meaningful work environments. Example topics include motivation, leadership, status, personalities, organizational culture, and team dynamics, along with emerging workplace trends like the use of artificial intelligence and music listening.
