PSYCH 5425: Introduction to Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging

In the last two decades, the use of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) as a tool for psychological research, has grown exponentially. Across all areas of psychology, tools and techniques of fMRI and structural MRI are increasingly being employed to better enhance our understanding of the brain and associated neural correlates of various cognitive domains. This course will introduce students to this ever-growing field and provide hands-on training on conducting basic fMRI data analyses.
Prereq: Grad standing, or permission of instructor.
