Psychology of Adjustment

PSYCH 3335: Psychology of Adjustment

Examination of psychological concepts and theories related to adjustment and adaptation. Students will learn and apply the dimensions of wellness to themselves and others, practicing critical assessment skills and basic helping skills for promoting healthy interventions in response to, and in the prevention of, negative outcomes of stress.
Prereq: 1100 or 1100H.
