PSYCH 2001: Personal Wellness and Mental Health
Personal wellness and mental health are important determinants of success. We introduce evidence-based strategies for managing stress, warding off / combating anxiety and depression, and promoting wellness. We aim to provide students a psychological toolkit that they can rely on in facing a variety of challenges as they progress through the university experience and the following years.
